The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor includes a half bath, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs features 2 King Size bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms and TV. Downstairs has 2nd living area, laundry room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom with 2 Single beds and a 2nd bedroom with Full size bunk beds.

Relaxation

Be sure to soak in the wonderful views from the hot tub located out back. There is also a fire pit out back, perfect for roasting s'mores and observing the starry skies.

The Property

The property is located 10 minutes North of the Dillon/Silverthorne exit off of I-70. The home is on a well and septic system. Tenants are not to flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets and please use the septic safe cleaning products provided.
